Edwardsville Vision Center to the rescue! I woke up with difficulty seeing and pain in my eyes. I ... am a patient at another center affiliated with EVC that had no doctors available to see me. Walking in without an appointment, the A/C was broken and EVC was closing early due to temps over 100 degrees. The doctor was leaving and stopped to help me. I had a cut on my eye and both eyes were swollen. She prescribed meds and helped when she could have easily said no. I was presenting at a large event that evening and will forever be grateful for EVC and the doctor for going out of their way to help me. Thank you EVC!

I loved Dr. Barber. She was extremely thorough with my exam and took the time to explain things to ... me and tell me what to look for with changes in my eyes. I paid the extra $39 for the test that showed more of the inside of my eyes and it was well worth the money. She was able to see more of my eyes and showed me the pictures while explaining what she saw. I felt very satisfied with my exam and received more information from her than I've ever gotten from an eye professional, and I've had glasses or contacts for over 50 years. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a complete and thorough eye exam.

Great place friendly understand helpful. I wouldn't care if there prices were double the atmosphere ... and hospitality there is worth the extra. But they really are actually reasonable with there prices
